The following rates apply regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be given based on weather conditions.

Bicentennial Park Rates

0–10 Guests

  • Resident: No charge*
  • Non-Resident: $60*

11–60 Guests

  • Resident: $85*
  • Non-Resident: $170*

61–100 Guests

  • Resident: $110*
  • Non-Resident: $220*

Sgt. Means Park Rates (Per picnic grove – Limit 60)

0–10 Guests

  • Resident: No charge*
  • Non-Resident: $60*

11–60 Guests

  • Resident: $85*
  • Non-Resident: $170*

61–100 Guests

  • Resident: $110*
  • Non-Resident: $220*

Arcadia Park Rates (No alcohol allowed)

⚠️ Additional Fees & Policies

  • $100 security deposit required for all rentals
  • Alcohol Permit & Liability Insurance: $225 (non-refundable)
  • Refunds available within 30 days of event (check pickup at office)
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing 60 days prior to rental date
  • More than 60 days: 50% of deposit retained
  • Less than 60 days: Full deposit forfeited
  • Teen parties or large groups may require additional security fees
  • All outdoor rentals with 100+ attendees must be approved by the Park Board
  • No park water usage (no water slides)
  • Inflatables must be approved; renter must provide own generator
  • No amplified music (including DJs) allowed
  • Additional rental fees may apply depending on entertainment and/or equipment
  • Rentals within 60 days must be paid in full (credit card, money order, or cash)

  • $50 refundable deposit required for all equipment rentals

  • 1 hard ball
